What Happens During the Design & Estimate Phases?
-
In this phase Allikristé will spell out as many of the details as possible. Documenting the details, from the types of appliances, cabinets, countertops & windows, all the way down to the type of baseboards, cabinet door knobs or pulls, & grout color. We will “firm up” the design and what materials are to be used.
-
A detailed written proposal for construction will accompany the design to attempt to clarify all of the pertinent details. The goal is to try and reduce the costly change orders that frequently occur in the case of a poorly defined remodeling project.
After The Design & Estimate Are Completed - What Happens?
-
Once an agreement for construction of your project is signed, we can then move to the Construction Phase.
-
Allikristé will schedule a start date based on our production schedules.
-
Allikristé will communicate with you frequently, through on-site visits, fax, phone or e-mail, whatever works best for you.
-
From the Design Phase to the completion of your project, your project will be receiving the attention to detail that it deserves.
